Walter Scott Perry, an architect who has been a pioneer in sustainable design and adaptive-reuse on residential, commercial and academic projects for over 50 years formed his current practice, Ecotech Design in 2001.

Ecotech now has over 16 years specialized experience in the design, permitting and construction of buildings that use and integrate shipping containers into unique, exciting projects and is a pioneer and leader in the application of the design concept.

Cargo containers, thoughtfully recycled and placed into residential and commercial projects, create a hybrid building system that saves time and money.
